Language learning is a window into different cultures, an opportunity to make connections, develop cognitive skills and expand employment opportunities. Migdal-Or (lighthouse) believes that every person with visual impairment or blindness has a right to fulfill their potential as a person, including to be able to access learning the Hebrew language in order to be able to speak the language in their society, or to come to Isarel.
Migdal-Or’s unique accessibility solutions for people with vision loss, together with interactive learning, up to date study materials, and an available and accessible learning space provide the student an optimal learning experience. The program takes place through individual sessions or in groups of up to three students, according to their language skill and visual impairment.
